A personal case for Content Experience Innovation · JR43088

Great experiences need extraordinary systems behind them.

Dana, your post described someone who connects product strategy, people, technology, and execution. That intersection isn't just where I've worked. It's the operating thesis I've spent my career building.

01 / Measured outcomes

I don't just make plans move.
I change the outcomes.

These are results from teams and platforms I've led. They show the intersection of creative experiences, reliable execution, and operational leverage.

02 / Why this specific role

The job description reads like
my operating philosophy.

Netflix's CEI Configurations team needs a connective-tissue leader for fast-moving product innovation. Here's the evidence I would bring into our first conversation.

Netflix needs · Operating backbone

Turn ambiguity into operating clarity.

I designed ARAUÁN's product operating model from a blank page: role ownership, handoffs, decision registries, escalation paths, release reviews, and accountability across a distributed AI-assisted organization.

Netflix needs · Decision-ready leadership

Make priorities, risks, and outcomes visible.

At CoreStory, I coordinated a ~$5M enterprise proof-of-value across three organizations while building evidence-based product prioritization, evaluation checkpoints, and executive-facing decision discipline.

Netflix needs · AI & workflow leverage

Don't just automate tasks. Design the organization.

I orchestrated specialized AI agents across product, engineering, UX, research, growth, and support. Structured routing and reviews let scoped work progress asynchronously without removing human decision authority.

Netflix needs · Product, content, technical bridge

Connect creative experience to operational scale.

At 84.51°, I led AI-enabled creative workflows that improved advertiser engagement and approval speed. I also built Lumen, an early streaming-advertising creative-intelligence prototype with governance embedded in the experience.

03 / Built, not theorized

An operating system
for people and AI.

Illustrative model · founder-built

At ARAUÁN, I assembled specialized AI agents with explicit responsibilities, routing rules, handoffs, limits, and review points. The goal wasn't to replace leadership. It was to give the organization a way to keep doing valuable, governed work between my direct interventions.

01 / Signal

Work enters
the system

Customer evidence, issue reports, product priorities, engineering events, and direct mentions become visible, routable work.

02 / Coordinated specialists

Right agent.
Right scope.

Choose a function to see its responsibility.

03 / Evidence & review

Progress with
accountability

Outputs feed decisions, tickets, reviews, and escalations. Risk, cost, and consequential actions retain human oversight.

Product orchestration

Frames outcomes, owns prioritization, connects customer signals to roadmap decisions, and escalates consequential tradeoffs.

Crucial distinction: This model enables scoped, asynchronous agent-assisted execution. It does not mean unsupervised authority: consequential decisions and approvals remain human-owned.
04 / Selected work

Products and platforms.
One consistent pattern.

I turn fragmented experience and operational complexity into more coherent workflows and better decisions. The work spans advertising, AI-native systems, and regulated enterprise technology.

05 / How I would start

My first priority would be
to understand the system.

Not a prescriptive Netflix plan. A way of approaching a complex environment with humility, speed, and enough rigor to build leverage that lasts.

01

Understand the work.

Listen to CEI and partner teams. Map intake, decisions, planning rhythms, dependencies, escalation paths, and where the member experience crosses organizational boundaries.

02

Make the invisible visible.

Establish a shared picture of commitments, risks, operating metrics, decisions, and ownership. Strengthen the forums and artifacts leaders need to make better calls.

03

Build durable leverage.

Reduce repetitive coordination, simplify handoffs, automate where it genuinely helps, and maintain a trusted source of truth without creating process for its own sake.

Any implementation would be shaped with Netflix's leaders and teams, informed by existing practices, and measured against actual business needs.

A personal invitation to a conversation

I'd love the chance
to talk, Dana.

This is one of the rare roles that brings together the work I am best at and the work I most want to do. I'd appreciate the opportunity to walk you through what I've built, what I've learned, and how I could contribute to Content Experience Innovation.
